Obama Won / Red Cross Training Report

Yes, Obama won the election. Sorry, no humor here.

So, I got an SMS from my ex-classmate, Aishwarya, saying that Obama won.

NO surprise here actually, McCain was already far from winning against him.

And I once read an article about how much money (US$) they spent on their "campaign". Seems like Obama spent around US$6 billion, whilst McCain spent US$450,000. Obvious on who should be winning the election now.

Right, now on Red Cross. Today's the third training session of the week.

About one more day to go! I think.

Yesterday, we were doing Footdrill the whole day. And after our bronze, we took our SILVER! Not everyone passed though.

Actually, in a squad, in threes, we were asked to march forward and then later back again. Those people who are asked for their name, actually passed silver already.

And guess what, I WAS!!

So, after everyone tried out on our first attempt, some people's names (9 of us only) were called out, and were asked to sit at one corner, and watch the others suffer.

And so after watching them march a bit, the few "chosen" ones, including me, were starting to practice for GOLD! It was actually really fun lor.

Today, we had to do our Outdoor Activities Theory and Practical so all of us brought maggi (instant noodles) for cooking later.

So, we spent the first 2 hours in the classroom doing our theory first.

And then going to the carpark for our practical.

We started the fire, cook the maggi, add seasoning and start eating.

(Sorry, I suddenly lost interest in writing)

Anyway, everyone passed the practical BUT

I FAILED THE THEORY! (At least I heard my name.)

And not everyone passed it anyway. That means my Friday is gone.
